In a world where interactions are increasingly online, more spontaneous and immersive user-centred installations are needed. Yaatzil’s recent postgraduate, MA Narrative Environments, has provided her with a solid theoretical and practical foundation to generate a rich range of consumers’ behaviour analysis and experiential designs driven by storytelling.

As a narrative and experience designer, Yaatzil has collaborated with ARUP Foresight and The Museum of the Future Dubai, in partnership with Central Saint Martins (London, UK). Additionally, in 2019 she was shortlisted in the Paddington Connections competition (London, UK), a project that aimed to design an interactive and welcoming graphical lead narrative for guiding visitors around Paddington’s train station.
